To use this service you must satisfy the following requirements.
- The radio must be asking for and expecting a code input - NOT locked.
- You must be able to remove the radio so that you can read the information
off the labels. Go to our car
radio removal tools page here.
- You must provide us with accurate information from the labels.
- Payment must be received by us before we give you the code number.
- You must be able to make payment in Pounds Sterling either by Cheque or PayPal.
You will need information from labels on your radio so we suggest that
you remove
the radio from your car first and have it within easy reach
while filling in the form.
Please note:
The 'Code from Serial No.' service is not covered by our 'NCNC'
guarantee because the radio code may have been changed by an earlier
decode attempt or by the user on certain radios. If the code provided will not activate your radio, send the radio to
us for decoding and unlocking and we will deduct the cost off the price
of our normal radio decoding service,
in all other cases NO REFUND will be given as we still
have to do the same amount of work to calculate the code.
If you wish to use this service then click
